What participants have said about the ONLINE - THE HEALING CULTURE OF YOGA Course
"An amazing process of learning and sharing in a safe space. I didn't want it to end!
Each week of the programme brought its own thought-provoking insights for change, personal growth, purpose and self-evolvement.
The physical practice was refreshing and an absolute complement to the theoretical knowledge and overstanding received. The programme was delivered with sheer humility and openness as well as with a clear depth of knowledge and experience. I am truly grateful. Thank You Hatenee MeriSaa!
Having completed this course has evolved my personal practice greatly as well as smoothing many gaps in my own knowledge. I look forward to sharing and learning more and more from you as my journey continues."
Basu Leanne ( who indeed became a personal client)
"I had the pleasure of attending MeriSaa's Kemetic yoga course and it was amazing. The course was nicely put together and very engaging. I learned a wealth of information about the origins of yoga, which gave me a new, deeper meaning of the practice of yoga that I can identify with.
MeriSaa Heqama is a wonderful teacher and is very accommodating, breaking things down so that I had a better understanding of certain aspects.
I really enjoyed doing the yoga, learning different poses and movements that I had never known of, as well as the meaning behind each movement and pose.
It was great.
Now the course is over I am signing up for MeriSaa's yoga classes as I want Kemetic yoga to be a part of my daily routine and I am very comfortable with the way MeriSaa teaches."
Jackie Francis
"I loved learning the movements. It felt very different from just practicing, made me feel a part of the process, like I was co-creating.
I like that I intentionally set aside these week for me, no one else, just me. I felt I embodied ancient rituals of my fore parents. It felt beautiful, comforted and cocooned in discussion with other black women."
