What does this actually mean? It seems like a silly question, right?
You can raise your arms and look at your hands, you can feel, touch, taste, see yourself in the mirror, yes!
So you are self-aware.
Ok! That’s one level of awareness of self.
But are you ready to go deeper? Ready to truly see and know yourself?
When I guide people towards knowing themselves on a deeper level, in order to heal, I work on the physical, emotional and mental levels.
To truly heal you must be willing and ready to see your full self and not hide or run when what you see becomes difficult. This is healing.
When you work with me, we start slow and sure.
We start by looking at how you feel day to day, what you feed yourself – thoughts, food, people, environment.
I work with talking, moving the body, meditation, visualisation, breathwork, writing.
My work is based on yoga philosophy which comes from various ancient traditions, energy healing training, and of course years of working on my own self.
I am working with people with deep trauma, those with long-term physical ailments, sufferers of anxiety, and those who are consistently triggered by life.
